Payment & vessel requests

Submit a homepage vessel request with your scent, wick, optional label, and delivery details. Scott will confirm your vessel and send a payment link within 24 hours. Pay by card link, Venmo, or Cash App after Scott confirms. Scott confirms the final total, including applicable sales tax, delivery, and any eligible first-order signup discount.

Damaged or cracked items

Do not light a candle in a cracked or damaged vessel. Contact Scott with your order details and photos of the damage so he can review the issue with you.

Cancellation requests

Call or text Scott as soon as you need to cancel or change an order. If pouring has already started, contact Scott to discuss your order.
